First Person Crew (see the crew on deck)

Please can you tell me how to make the crew visible on deck(in first person sight)
I tried to modify the Sea_ai/AICameras.c ....but it does not work:bigboy7ep:
In original AOP version it works... :bigboy7ep:

EDIT: ...also time-accelerator on sea does not work!! "R" ..(3x speed up)432423

1. this is a post with an adding of crew in fist person view http://forum.bestgamer.ru/showpost.php?p=16121&postcount=35
2. it looks like time-accelerator situated on buttons "+" and "-" :)
