Names of NPC's....

I could really use a bit of help here. What are the names of the NPC you meet in the first few scenes, in the order they appear in please?
Governor, Officer, Guy in Prison and the Prison Guard?
It would be nice if I could get at least the first few area's translated so I know I'm not hurting anything with what I'm doing.

in new version will be more NPC=)
in start of game Piter Blake meet Beatrice Sharp, Piru Saes, Brain Rezak, and others.
Final list of NPC will be after finishing work on new version.
